Finally a movie about the L.A. graffiti scene. I really liked this film, first and foremost for giving props to the Los Angeles graff movement which I had yet to see get it's due credit. I like the story and the murals in the film. It had a gritty, raw feel to it. And it raised some issues on why L.A. graff is often times mixed up with gang-banging. I would recommend this film to anyone who likes a good story and would like to take a walk on a different side of the tracks. I hated another plotless movie called Bomb the System...I would recommend Transit and WildStlye and for documentary lovers: Style Wars!!!

This was really a great movie. Everyone is saying it is poor quality and bad sound but that is no surprise since they only had 6 people in the whole cast. The graffiti is awesome and the plot is pretty deep if you pay attention. Its way better than movies like bomb the system which has no plot. I would recommend it to anyone who accualy pays attention to the movie and appreaciates graff.

i was extremely let down with the quality of this film. i'm suprised anyone who calls themselves a filmmaker/director/producer whatever, would have released this without spending more time getting at least the audio right. the background noise in several scenes is so loud that you can't understand any of the words. the film quality is also poor but doesn't detract too much; in fact adds a sense of rawness to the equation. i could go on about the disappointments but there were some positive things to mention. the plot has tons of potential and brings up some great issues in the ethics of tagging and both political and social consequences. the art is good pretty good, but there are many other great films to watch instead of this. be sure to check out "style wars", "wildstyle", "bomb the system" or "the graffiti artist" instead.
