I love this dvd! You can choose from 5 sets of 10-minute workouts for arms, thighs, buns, abs, and a power stretch session. What's great is that you can program a series of these in any order you choose, depending on how much time you want to spend. I alternate between the different muscle groups every other day. The sets are really simple to do and only require a couple of dumbbells. The exercises looked really easy but in 10 minutes I was sweating and can feel the burn! This one's a keeper.

I have worked out at least 4 times a week for 30 years and it's still an activity I don't enjoy but find is a necessary evil for the health and toning benefits. In addition to my evening workouts, I decided to try these 10 minute workouts in the morning before getting ready for work. These are not difficult workouts but for the first time while exercising I can say that the time goes by very quickly and look forward to the next morning's routine.

It was nice that you could break down the workout by sections, so I was able to work out my abs one days, thighs the next. It seemed like a pretty easy workout while following along but could really feel it the next day.
