This was terrible. So terrible that I never finished it. Billions are dead throughout the world yet somehow in this society, it is as if nothing happened. Electric, gas, bullets, food, etc. is exactly the way it was before the plague. Blatently stupid. Typical fight scenes, typical beautiful people (I guess only the ugly die young) and so forth.

Was flipping through BB's Sci-Fi section and I saw Absolon. 2 1/2 Stars and it's starring Christopher Lambert, Lou Diamond Philips, and Ron Perlman. I thought to myself, this could go two ways, it could actually be a good movie, or one of those bad Sci-Fi movies and is so bad it's good! I was wrong, this movie is just plain bad. Number 1: Acting was not good. The suspects listed above, no real problems, most everyone else was pretty bad. Number 2: Story has been done and it's been done better. Moved too slow with not enough action to keep it afloat. Number 3: If you are going to make a bad Sci-Fi movie, and have two people in it have sex, atleast redeem the movie some by showing the sex! Closing Comments: More/better action would of made this movie a lot more palatable. If they thought they were making some sort of statement with the movie (hence why more action was not included) I missed it.
