Think positive, but don't think too much lest you suffer the fate of the poor studious nerd who provides the focus of this cheeky horror movie. The fellow is a shy library worker who wants to become more popular. One day he finds a book about positive thinking and begins reading. In no time, he develops amazing telekinetic powers. Unfortunately the powers soon overtake him as his brain begins to grow and mutate. Eventually it gets so monstrous that it bursts out of his head and begins running about getting bloody revenge on all those who have harmed him. Talk about a nasty head trip! ~ Sandra Brennan, Rovi
