The final installment to the Matrix Trilogy disappointed some because the answers don't come easily. If you saw the 1st Matrix you know it's appeal is in more than action, but it's philosophy (Plato's Alagory of the Cave). The ideas in the 1st film although greatly entertaining; are much less involved than 2 & 3; would you really want it any other way? The ideas involved in the last 2 Matrix films are much more difficult to grasp (choice, destiny, causality). These are films that can & should be watched more than once to grasp the complex ideas they deal with. The last 2 films (filmed together) are essentially one story. The final Matrix doesn't disappoint and you'll be glad that the answers are not simply handed over. Of course the action and effects were amazing & groundbreaking for their time, but what really separates the Matrix is thought. If your not interested in a movie that makes to think then you'll still love the action, you just won't fully understand the plot.

This movie was truly a masterpeice! It has great action, great demonstration of "power", and a great ending! For me, All of my questions have been answered. Alot of thought and analysis of the whole series will bring you to the answeres you need. They werent meant to be just handed to you, think!

I really loved this final chapter in the Matrix. I would have liked more of the questions answered, but good all the same.
