Manoever Zwilling (1956)
Manoever Zwillig (Twin Maneuver) stars Gunter Phillip, who also penned the film's screenplay. Set during WWI, the story is predicated on the notion that two draft-age brothers are identical twins. When one of the brothers (Gunther Phillip) is unable to show up at the front, his sibling (also Phillip) takes his place. The mistaken-identity angle is played to the hilt, both comedically and romantically.
