This was recommended by a video store employee, and I was delighted that I rented it. Terrific plot, incredible animation. Highly entertaining, on a par with Disney films.

This was impressive. Story is good, animation was fantastic. As one of the first full feature animation flicks with cgi, this was done very well. Sound could have been improved but was still the best sounding cartoon I've ever seen. Truly groundbreaking.....except for the ending.

This film is perhaps most famous for it's groundbreaking combination of CGI and traditional animation. But what stands out most when i think about this film is the soundtrack's Lit - Over My Head which carries the movie's theme wonderfully. The movie is quite entertaining to watch with plenty of action and clever storyline to keep you on your toes. But then again it is typical of the Sci-Fi genre. Boy has unique trait, boy finds out everyone desires unique trait, boy saves the universe. But i enjoyed it nonetheless.
