Talk about going old school. Bobby De Niro bought it to life and the rest of the cast definitely held their own in this action flick free of T-N-A, drama or any useful life lessons. This movie was great, if you like action movies, and I've seen it a few times just for the car chase alone. There are very few movies that I ve seen that really catch my interest like this one has. Why? I have no idea other than it was fast, action packed and well assembled. If I had to pick at something, I'd say that the characters had no background to speak of. There was almost no character development. But then considering the nature of the movie, I'm sure that it was by design; or perhaps it was written this way because the writer was too lazy. Who cares? Rent it; it s very entertaining.

Excellent movie! Car chase scene, better than the "French Connection".
