Upon learning that their mother owes $5,000 to the IRS, a quartet of siblings endeavor to find a way to scare up the cash. Three of them decide to sign up for a local hip-hop contest. Unfortunately the trio really stinks. Fortunately, the youngest would-be singer meets up with ex-rap star Kendrick Bragg (AKA Kick'nBak Flash, played by Hammer/AKAStanley Kirk Burrell). A kindly fellow, he decides to help them out.
