Synopsis of Hay Que Zurrar a Los Pobres

In this hectic comedy, the residents of a boardinghouse have had their naturally competitive and destructive ways thoroughly squashed by their dictatorial landlord, an evil-tempered and sickly man. When he dies, their long-repressed urges to wreak havoc emerge. The situation grows especially frenzied when one of the residents, a painter of seascapes, hires a nubile young woman to pose nude for him. He has no intention of painting her, he just wants to get a good look at her unclothed body. So, it seems, do the other residents.
